The problem with the Limited Account not printing is usually seen in XP
Home, but try:

a) Going to the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes and right click on
the Printer..... in the Advanced tab, click on Print Direct to Printer
instead of the default, Print using Print Spooler.

Stinkyink now offer ink cartridges for the HP Deskjet 3550 3500 ink. Oh and it's free delivery too!
