| My son has an account with Amazon and when he attemps to get into the secure area where his account information is the browser won't access it and gives him the standard message when a page won't come up. Yet if my son goes to the same exact location on my computer it will access it will access it with no problems. We both have Zone Alarm. I have Symantec Norton Anti-Virus He has McAfee. | Guest

| Are you using ZoneAlarm Pro? I have found that in order to access secure sites it is necessary to temporarily turn Cookie Control Off under the Privacy tab. Maybe ZoneAlarm, also, has this feature? Quote:
