Default Problem connecting to VPN using Connection Manager profile

Hi,
I have just started have a problem connecting to a VPN that uses a
Connection Manager profile. This has been working fine for the past 2
months or so, as revently as 26th June. When i came to connect today
nothing happens when I double click the icon for the VPN either on my
desktop or in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections.

I also can't access the properties from there which I have been able
to access previously. I have re-installed the connection from the
original exe, and even tried a system restore to the 24th June.

Below is the log created in c:\windows\tracing\CMDIAL32.log for one of
the connection attempts.

Hi Richard,
Can you send the remaining RAS logs in the tracing folder? You can send
it to rrasblog@microsoft.com. Please also add this description in that
email. We will take a look at the problem

thanks
Aanand

Hi Aanand,
Thanks for the interest. I have now used System Restore to set the
machine back to a time way before the problem occured and it now seems
to be working. I will bear the email address in mind should the issue
occur again in future.

Thanks again.
