Problem with creating rules and problem with contacts

I tried to create rules on Windows Live Mail Desktop, but when I try to set
folder name it does not shows me the folder list and also it does not creates
folders.

Also when I click edit contact or view contact card nothing happens

Known bug - fixed in internal builds ;o)
