Default Problem disabling firewall

Hello!

I have a problem tu disable the windows-Firewall. If I press "OK" or
"Apply" in the Firewall Settings Dialog just nothing happens. With
"OK" the dialog doesn't close but the system doesn't hang. No erro
rmessage appears. I'm logged on as domain administrator but it still
not working als not with local administrator.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem?
