Problem due to WINDOW-AUTHORITY message

Hey,
As from yesterday, I can not connect to Internet Anymore,
I get this "Window Autority" message that automaticaly
shuts down my computer.
What's happening, is that a Virus ?
What can I do to solve this ?
What number should I call to get Microsoft solve this ?
