Problem Installing Vista

I'm trying to install beta 2 and i cant get it done because it always tells
me that setup encounters an internal error....

What do I do to fix this

Running
Windows XP HOme
Asus a7n8x-e mobo
AMD Barton 2600+
1GB Corsair XMS Xtreme
300GB western digital

How do install correctly
