 Problem with Offer Remote Assistance "Offer Remote Assistance" was working using that option available with older version WLM. Since it has been dropped from the latest version so I am trying that available in the start-up program folder(Start->Programs->Maintenance->Windows Remote Assistance) but it does not work for some reason. I can connect to the same PC(the same global IP) by Remote Desktop. Could anyone help? | Guest
