Problem recording streaming audio

Posted: 03-28-2005, 03:01 PM
I'm trying to record streaming audio from an internet radio station using the
inbuilt sound recorder in Windows, but when I play the file back it plays at
too high a speed. When I select decrease speed it slows it down too far,
there's nothing in between. I have a Soundblaster 16 card.

What's going wrong?

The Windows Sound Recorder has a 60 second time limit. Try this one, its free.
Audacity (sound file editor, recorder and for connecting to stereo)
