problem with uninstalling

need to uninstall a prnter driver . Unsinstall shield won't let me . I
tried removing from Registry . And the program still wouldn't uninstall . Is
there anyway I can find out when Ii isntalled it and restore function just
before thatdate. Would that work? Need help . I'm computer challenged .

Have you tried going to the manufacture of the Printer's website?
Sometimes they have fixes for your problem.
