Problem uninstalling siemens software to install new software

Trying to install the data suite software for the
siemens SL55,
Previously i had the software for the S55 , when i try to
install new software in says program already in system
has to be removed, i have done this and i then get the
same message stating the program is still in system,
and gives the HK numbers of file, i go to register
delete this file and restart comp, still same result, so
i removed every siemens file i could find, and
restarted and same result saying , program already
installed , after i took all out,
