Problem with installing mounted Vista RC1: Cannot find hard-drive

I have the Vista RC1 ISO mounted using Virtual Clone sheep, and when actual
installation starts, its hangs at 0%, and then says That either the
hard-drive cannot be found or has not enough space.

I'm upgrading from beta 2, and The hard-drive itself has 9.71 gigs free, and
according to the upgrade option I only needed about 6 gigs.

Does any know what the problem is?
