What you have is a spyware that has locked your CAPS KEY...very bad, to remove spyware download SpyBot Search and
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de
You also may have a Trojan virus, so install and update a
good av program and run that too.
Another spyware removal tool is AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com
