problem with upgrading

Hi,
I have this problem with upgrade from XP pro to Vista business. When
installation expanding files (22%), it stops on error message: Installation
can't preprare computer to reboot. I try to removel Nero 7 premium and
disable antivirus NOD32. I have latest upgrades from Lenovo site for bios and
drivers. When I look to installation log files I see this error:
