Problem with XP users and IE

6.0 in Windows XP. I have several user accounts for
various members of the family on the computer, and for a
few days now I (as the only one with Administrator
privileges) have been the only one able to open Internet
Explorer. Each user is able to connect to the Internet,
however when the IE button is clicked, nothing happens.
Nothing has been added to the computer over the past few
days so I cannot attribute the problem to something like
that. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this
problem and how it could be rectified? Things were
working perfectly last weekend, so I cannot understand
why this problem has occured. I'd be extremely grateful
of any help you could give me.
