Problem with Zip drive

I recently installed XP Professional I have a parallel
zip drive 100 (external). Since I have installed XP, I am
unable to "protect" the disks or drives. No iomega
options appear in the menu when right clicking the iomega
drive letter. I have installed Iomega ware 4.0.2.

Any suggestions
