Problems after converting to NTFS.

lost some of my files. I have no "Administrative Tols" in
the Control panel, and have lost some of the items
under "Accessories". The "System Tools" are gone, as is
the calculator, and several other items which I can't
remember what they were.
I tried reinstalling WindowsXP but could not get it
to reinstall. Most things are OK, but I can't find how to
get the missing ones back.
