problems downloading software for MP3 Players

While loading software for rca Kazoo player I get an
SQQE.EXE Application Error(the instruction at"0x77f584ae"
reference memory at "0x0016641d". The memory could not
be "read".)

Also when clicking icon to run software I get: DLL Load
Problem(Problem loading cds.dll. The specific procedure
could not be found.

I Have uninstalled and reinstalled this software that is
suppose to be compatible with my windows xp but keep
getting the same problem.

Please help
