problems opeing apps off network

Without more specifics about the network, I can only give you a general
answer. That said, usually a work network is set up as a domain and you
log onto a domain. When you get home, you no longer are connected to
that domain and need to log on locally. You then have no access to
domain resources. Since you mention Outlook, I have to ask: is your
corporate email kept on an Exchange (or other) server? Post back with
more details about your network settings, at work and at home and what
exactly you're trying to do for more help.
