Problems with an OCX, Library Files, and VB6?

Hello there. I guess I should start from the beginning.
I downloaded this program, that needed and OCX. So I downloade
the OCX, and registered it. After I registered it, I tried running th
program again, and it came up with the error, "Project 1 has stoppe
working". I asked around, and a few people said I needed some Librar
files, and VB6. I downloaded them, and attempted running it again, but
still got the same error as before.
I really want to know how to fix this, and what's wrong. Pleas
and thank you . .

You need to contact the program vendor to resolve issues with their
software. First thing I'd ask about is compatibility with the operating
system.
