Problems with connecting to internet through MS Offfice 2007

Can somebody help me!
When I click within: Word, Excl or Outlook on any internet link e.g.
http://www.name.com etc I can not reach destination page due to system
message:
˝Operation was cancelled due to restrictions applied on this computer.
Contact with administrator˝.
But I am administrator on this computer and there is no other account!
Maybe I accidentally pressed some combination of buttons like CTRL+SHIFT+….
and blocked any connections to Internet via MS Offfice!
It is interesting that there is no problem when I am using Open Office
program like `writer`.
Also IE runs OK.
I will appreciate any good advice how to solve this problem.
