problems with Nvidia drivers for 6800 and Vista?

Anyone has had problems with Windows Media Centre and the latest drivers for
the 6800 from Nvidia (162.22)? I get artefacts (like pixelations) all over
when I maximize the Media Centre window. It all goes funny after a while.
