Problems with printing (Epson) via USB after SP2

Hi all.
I heard that's problem for many of you...
Could you point me on FAQ about it?
I have in a list of "USB controllers" one, which is shown like "unknown
device", but it must be "usb printing device"...
I have no idea how to fix it!
