Problems with upper cases on my keyboard

Hi,

I would suggest you to go the the laptop manufacturer's website to download the drivers of the keyboard.
If still no avail, just use the external keyboard.
It is not worth for a expensive repair for a loptop over 3 years old.

If everything works with a different keyboard, then it
doesn't sound as though windows is at fault. It is
probably more likely to be a problem within the laptop
itself (i.e hardware rather than software) Either the
keys themselves are becoming stuck (not making contact)
or the keyboard controller is defective(a small circuit
that interprets your keystrokes). Either way, it's
unlikely to be something you can fix yourself. A trip to
a hardware repairer is more likely
