Default Processes

I saw a suspicious system process called lucoms~1.exe,
but im not really sure if this system is malicious.
Sometimes it just pops out of my task manager(time to
time not everytime). Should I do anything to it?

Here's all the system processes according to the task
manager:

wanmpsvc.exe nmssvc.exe
navapsvc.exe ccevtmgr.exe
spoolsv.exe svchost.exe
svchost.exe Isass.exe
services.exe winlogon.exe
csrss.exe smss.exe
System System Idle Process
explorer.exe msmsgs.exe
Directcd.exe CCAPP.exe
e_s0hic1.exe gwmdmmsg.exe
sk9910dm.exe hkcmd.exe
wkufind.exe svchost.exe
svchost.exe lucoms~1.exe
jack
