"Program"-folder autostarts!

The folder autostarts all the time on my mom computer and
I´ve checked the autostart-folder and sysconfig, but I
don´t know what to do. I´ve tried to change the startup
settings and the only way to make it not to occur is to
start the comp in fail-safe mode, does anyone have a
quick answer to this? Maybe I´ve missed to check
something?
