Program Help Starts Automatically

run and I will not be able to close it. For instance
when working within Word the help assistant will open and
and I can't close it. It eventually takes over all of
the resources. I have attemtped to open task manager to
close it but the only solution is to reboot the pc. Same
thing happens with Help and Support Center, MS Money etc.
I ran AdAware and Norton thinking it was a virus, I
reinstalled the keyboard driver (Logitech USB), no IRQ
conflicts on any devices.
Any help would be appreciated.
