Hi Lev,

Open Windows Explorer, delete the shortcuts from:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs

If you had bothered to read all my question you would
have seen that I had tried right clicking - the dialogue
box only flashed on the screen - I couldn't even read
it. Being sarky in your replies is NOT helpgul on forums
like these

If you right click on any item in All Programs there ought to be a
Delete on offer. But you may need to do it from a user logon with Admin
status, or you may not have the rights to delete
