Program starting up, not in start up list

I had installed the napster client (to see if it would run in vista seperate
from WMP11) It didn't run. But it did add itself to the start up programs.
However it doesn't show up in the list, so I had to uninstal it to get it to
not start up.

Any ideas? If someone else could test this and let me know. To download
the napster client without an account use this link:
