Program to Read Bin/Cue Files?

Anyone here know of a program like PowerISO that will read and mount
drives for bin/cue format files on Vista x64 5744? Seems that x64 Vista will
only allow digitally signed drivers to be installed and PowerISO's drivers
are not digitally signed. Suggestions welcomed!
