PSION 5 LINK TO XP WINDOWS

EVERY TIME I LOAD PSION 5 2,2 IN TO XP I GET TEXT TO LONG
MESSAGE BUT STILL LOADS. BUT WHEN I TRY BACKUP OF PSION 5
BACKUP STOPS. AND CAN NOT USE ANY MORE. ALSO PSION TO
COMPUTER LINK IS BROCKEN. LAST SYSTEM I USED WAS WIN 98
WITH NO PROBLEMS.
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME
