Publisher unknown : (...) perform at every startup - useless box!

I have a pro sound card under Vista x64 that has its own control panel. Ecah
and every startup, although I *uncheck the box* that ask if I want to perform
this check for ''running the program'', it keeps bugging and annoying me day
after day, boot after boot... HEy Microsoft : *this is called a BUG* - do you
hear that ?

Your check box is *USELESS* the way you have designed it. If I uncheck, my
expectation is (**HELLO !**) that I do not want Windows to ask me boot after
boot, after boot after boot after boot... if *I want to launch this program'.

If I uncheck the box, I do not want you to ask me if I wanted to uncheck the
bos !.... Justt in case you happen to solve the bug in uch a way...
