punkbuster

i play cod2 on line just alately im getting kicked for no handshake with
pnkbstrB ive reinstalled both punkbuster and cod2 but still get kicked the
same has anyone had the same problem if so what did you do

i am having trouble with punkbuster in cod2, i have downloaded every bit off
punkbuster software there is pbsetup,pbsvc,pbweb done everything they say
uninstalled/reinstalled punkbuster using said apps ,reinstalled cod2 tried
running as admin enabled both A&B in firewall even done a clean boot nothing
works i get kicked for punkbuster not inintaillising or pnkbstrb no hand
shake, the log files for pnkbsterA says pmkbstrB has no certificates, log for
pnkbstrB say ignored unauthorised attempt to communicate, after alot of time
writing tickets,doing what they said and adding notes (which they ignored)
and me losing my temper and telling them where they ought to shove punkbuster
they have got back to me saying "Could you please go to Windows Update and
see if you have an option to install a patch containing the latest security
certificates etc.? This update might be optional, so there's a chance it
isn't installed." i've tried to find said patch but cant anybody no were it is
