Question about admin user
 

Hi

I already create user with ADMINISTRATOR privilege.

But, when I want to change system32 folder properties, i manage t
un-tick the Read-Only check box

Actually, I want to replace some file in that directory

You need to take ownership of the file you want to replace and make
backup of the file that your going to replace

You also have to have an integrity level that dominates the object.
