queue printing

My problem is I want to print some pages off of e-bay and
I started to print a page and it didn't do anything. I
waited and waited ....even tried to delete it but it
won't go away. I've unplugged the plug end on the back
of the printer and even tried to delete the whole printer
and add or install the same printer again. It says not
while you have printing in the queue.... Question // How
in the world do you get the printing to end and start all
over again.....? It won't go away and I don't know how
to get to the queue to stop it .....even when I do it
does not go away... All this time there is no
printing ....even when I tell it to ...it just sits
there.

It should go away eventually, but in the old days, stopping and restarting
the spooler normally resolved this. from start/run net stop spooler, then
from start/run net start spooler
