Hi Dennis,

ram disk component in XPe is not use for ram drive but rather for memory boot that is used to boot XPe from memory.
SDI file is loaded to memory from network or from some storage device and then XPe is booted from that ram disk (BTW it is hardcoded
as C

Id DDK there is example of ramdisk driver that you need. You should find and build that example driver and then make component that
you can use in XPe.
