RC-1 - Can't Install

Have been using Beta-2 and Office Beta since it was released. Everything
works beautifully. Then I received my copy of RC-1. Reformatted the HDD
cause I always do a clean install. It will not install at all. Almost
finishes (gets to the last step in the process, and I get the message saying
an error occurred and to try to reinstall.

So I tried again, same result.

Reformatted the drive and loaded Beta 2 and tried to install as an upgrade.
This time it went through the whole process and got to the point where
Windows was going to open, it errored out and restored back to Beta 2.

Sooo....I've been using Beta 2 and Office Beta 2007 again. It works
beautifully. The only problem I have is that I have a 160 GB HDD installed
as a slave for storage. It shows up in device manager, but does not show up
in Computer where all the drives are listed.

Any advice for either issue????? TIA
