RC 1 Crash Dump

I have attempted to installed Vista RC1 several times. I'm sure my computer
is compatable. I have an INTEL x975xbx motherboard and an INTEL dual core
processor extreme (955) at 3.46mHz and 4gigs of 800mHz. The latest INTEL
Bios was released in August in which I downloaded for the NVIDIA GeForce 7950
x2 grapics card.

I install 64bit Vista from an MS Disc which I ordered. Everything good. I
format my harddrive, everything erased. Download begins,
Expand files,
Check updates
Booting for first time,
Completing...
Then after 40 minutes just when I thinks its complete, BAM!!!
Fatal Error has occurred,
"if this is the first time you see this message...."
CRASH DUMP.
Computer turns off.


What's going on here?

Now I have no operating system on this computer. Tried several times,
safe mode
safe mode with ...
debugging
normal
all of them.
I boot from disc each time!!!
SAME RESULTS EACH TIME
