RC1 Down load link missing

I went to the download page to get RC1 as a customer (since we dont have
technet) and there was no link .

We still have our code. Several places say we can down load it.

I need to get it because the laptop (bare bones with the appropriate parts
to complete it) Intel sent me is flaky using beta 2. we really need to work
out the problems before we start putting machines out there.
