RC1 Power Saving Not Working: PC Won't Auto-Sleep

On this PC, the monitor would turn off after 20 minutes of no activity, the
hard-drives after 30 and the PC would sleep after 60. Since I upgraded to
Vista RC1, only the monitor turns off, but not the hard-drives or the PC
sleep.

I've checked the power profile and everything is in order there with the
proper time settings, etc.

Anyone have any insight?
