RD connects but can't accesss system

I am able to successfully connect to my WinXP pro with RD.
When I connect to my system all I'm able to get is just
the wallpaper. Looks like the system is locked. Don't see
any icons or Start button. This a workgroup PC with
muliple users on it. Anyone have any suggestions.

Also check your display settings -- make sure it is at 256 colors
