Rd vs zone alarm

Hi everyone,

I'm having problem connecting with remote desktop while my firewall (zone
alarm) is on. It does not promt me to accept connection from this
program...bu it works fine when my firewall in shuted down.

For incoming Remote Desktop connections you need to forward/open TCP Port 3389... With that said I
just looked at the manual for ZoneAlarm 4.5...

....and on page 46 is a section with setting up custom ports.
