RDC and XP Pro

Ever since I downloaded the latest RDC for Windows XP Professional, I cannot
connect to my Windows 2003 Server... I get the following error message:
"The client could not connect. You are already connected to the console of
this computer. A new console session cannot be established."

I've tried restarting, cold boots, etc. Always the same error. And it is
on every PC on this network with the newer RDC. Help?
