Real-time mixing.

Posted: 07-28-2004, 10:13 AM
Can anyone suggest a way of mixing (merging ?) the audio outputs of three or
four soundcards to one output in realtime ? I know there are expensive
mult-input audio cards which would do this or I could use an external
resistor network to mix at analogue, but I was hoping there was some
inexpensive way (a little utility?) of doing this digitally.

I want to use several Sound Blaster Lives and I have an Audiophile 24/96.

Or have I missed something simple in Windows (XP Home)

TIA

Bruce Miles
