Default recovery disk

I'm using xp right now!
what are procedures in creating a recovery disk for an xp
box? my system went down recently and I cannot acsess my
drives,uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uuuuuuuu
uuuuuuuuuuu files or even open the system up. I getting
error a message saying I need a NTLDR code in order to
continue to bring up the system.
Does anyone have an idea on what to do?
