Reinstalled Vista on different hard drive does like Product Key no

I just reinstalled Windows Vista Business on the same computer but with a new
and different hard drive. Now when I try to activate the windows actiation it
says that my product key is in use already.
So what do I do next?

You may have to use the telephone activation method.

Activate by phone, shouldn't be a problem.
