Reinstalling XP upgrade from win98

I had upgraded to XP from 98 and because of the worm I
uninstalled XP back to 98. Now that the problem with the
worm is solved,I'm attemping to reload XP. I now get a
blocking issue message ( Microsoft shared Fax Client ). I
have deleted all known fax software and I'm still getting
the message. Can you help??
