remote assistance

While trying to connect to my step-daughters computer,
which is running XPpro, and I am running XPhome,she can
connect to me and see my desktop but I can not connect to
her's.I looked at the XP website and found that XPpro is
the only version which can configure "offer remote
assistance". What's the problem? Any idea's? Tkx John B
