| I have tried to use remote assistance to connect to my friend PC over Internet My friend starts "ask for remote assistance" in MSN message and I accept the request. Then a remote assistance screen with waiting message displays on my computer screen. However the remote assistance disconnects after few minutes with the following error message: Remote Assistance cannot connect because the request timed out. The novice did not respond within the given time frame". | Guest
