This isn't going to work for you, I'm afraid.

The Remote Desktop feature is not included in XP Home.

If RD were available to your brother, you would need to open port 3389, TCP,
in the Sygate PF to allow RDP traffic inbound.

I am not familiar with SygatePF, so I can't provide a step-by-step on how to
do that.

You may wish to open this port in the SygatePF anyway, since it is also used
by the Remote Assistance feature which IS available on XP Home, and which
may be useful to you.

Need some help? We are presently using Norton's PCANYWARE
software to connect a computer from one branch to my main
facility. With this software we can see, if our employee
is working or not and also we can take over his mouse for
training purposes, my question is can we do the same with
Remote desktop.
We are now using remote desktop. But do not let me see
what my employee is doing. There any way we can do it
Thank you
Sammy

No, but if both ends are using XP then Remote Assistance will do that... Open "Help and Support" and
search on 'remote assistance'...
